Cancellation Policy

While each trainer is able to set their own policy regarding their clients, please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your scheduled rental time, we respectfully request a 48-hour notice. Missed appointments, or appointments canceled without 48-hour notice, will incur a fee of $15.

Cleanliness Policy

Trainers are responsible for returning the studio to its original set up, wiping down all contacted surfaces, turning off all lights, heat/fan/ac, and locking the door following your session(s).

Liability Policy

You accept responsibility for the health and safety of your clients while they are in the space with you. Clients that choose to workout in the space independently will be required to sign a release of liability.
