What We Offer
Personal Training
Regular training in-personal can help athletes to build accountability and establish healthier habits in addition to correct movement patterns. Hands-on physical training builds the foundation that the rest of your strength and fitness are built on.
Online Programming
Online training is perfect for those who prefer to workout alone or have a hectic, unpredictable schedule. Utilizing TrueCoach, you’ll be able to access all your workouts, communicate with your Uplift trainer, and attach videos for more personalized feedback.
Equipment Rentals
City dwellers know, just because you want a home gym, doesn’t mean you have space for a home gym. Rent our facility for your next workout to take advantage of everything a home gym can offer without the overhead.

Step #1: Contact
Interested in training? All you have to do to get started is contact me either through the contact page of the site, or by emailing UpliftStrengthandWellness@gmail.com
Step #3: Fitness History
Before your first session, you will be sent a short survey so I can get a general idea of your fitness levels, experience, and comfort levels.
Step #2: Schedule
Utiizing our online scheduling portal, you can easily select a time and day that works best with your schedule.
Step #4: Train
During your first session, I will walk you through a warmup and ask you any follow-up questions regarding your fitness history survey. After warming up, we'll begin training.
Safety first Personal training
I WILL BE WEARING A MASK AND ASK THAT YOU DO AS WELL.
EACH AND EVERY PIECE OF EQUIPMENT IS THOROUGHLY CLEANED BEFORE AND AFTER EACH SESSION.
WEATHER PERMITTING, SESSIONS CAN BE HELD OUTSIDE.
IF YOU SCHEDULE A SESSION AND YOU CAN NO LONGER MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE EMAIL ME HERE.
ALL SOCIAL DISTANCING REQUIREMENTS WILL BE UPHELD.
THERE WILL BE A 15 MINUTE WINDOW BETWEEN SESSIONS TO ALLOW FOR THOROUGH CLEANING AND TO AVOID CLIENTS CROSSING PATHS.
IF YOU HAVE SCHEDULED A SESSION AND ARE NOT FEELING WELL, PLEASE REACH OUT AND CANCEL - YOU WILL NOT BE PENALIZED IN ANY WAY.
